Our CEO's mantra is "quality production and distribution is our lifeblood". Our job is to ensure that the components we deliver are of the best, uncompromising quality and not second rate counterfeit copies. Our long-term relationship with the vast majority of our suppliers makes this a non-issue. Our vendors know we will evaluate and follow up on every delivery. Reputations take time to build but can be destroyed in an instant.

TelecommunicationsOur Quality Assurance team has the task of checking certifications and product compliance with manufacturer's specifications. We have a checklist of inspection procedures which we do not share with vendors or shippers, and a no-tolerance policy if our standards are not met.

Counterfeiting is a serious issue in today's marketplace. Law enforcement of intellectual property in parts of the world is limited or non-existent. Bruchman & Associates works diligently to improve our security, quality assurance methodologies and identification of non-compliant vendors. Our procedures are updated continually and new methodologies are employed to counteract this challenge.

We offer our clients not only the guidelines of how to identify issues in your shipment but also a fourteen day inspection period to perform tests on your parts. If the parts do not meet the manufacturer's specifications for any reason we will return them at no charge.
